A powerful portfolio is key to knockout your first impression in a job interview. In order to stand out from the crowd, you need an impressive portfolio that can highlight your skills and accomplishments.
Here are the five steps to keep in mind while making a portfolio for a job interview:
1. Your story
Tell your story like what you have done or what all things you have achieved by far now. Feel free to share things and make the information relatable and personable.
2. Your work
Don’t be afraid to own your strengths and title, explain it in a short brief what exactly you do as it will give a clue to your recruiter what you have majored in it.
3. Quote instances
Show off your best work, explain what kind of work you’re passionate about, and most importantly, what kind of work you’re most proud of.
4. Contact details
In your portfolio make sure to add a column where you can add your contact details like phone number, email address, or social media handle, etc. This will help the hiring manager to contact you for any further rounds.
