During the job search, meeting rejection is very common and it gets, even more, worse if someone is facing rejection constantly.

Here are a few tips to deal with rejections in a job interview.

You’re not the only one

Take comfort in knowing that everyone else is experiencing similar feelings of fear, stress, and bouts of depression due to the current state of the job market.

Maybe it’s not meant to be

Not getting selected in an interview or not getting a raise or unable to make a switch in your desired job role may have nothing to do with you. There could be various external factors that might be influencing the choices.


Speak to your friends and mentors about your challenges and ask them for their honest evaluation, constructive criticism, and feedback.
