Speak to your friends and mentors about your challenges and ask them for their honest evaluation, constructive criticism, and feedback.
Giving a pep- talk to yourself is always advisable when fighting negativity. Have a list of positive affirmations and play them on a loop to fight back against the obstacles and hurdles in your path.
You need to train your mind to stay strong and combat the situations using your wit. Taking care of your emotional and physical well-being is of utmost importance in every phase of life.
