Post that startups can offer a launch pad to demonstrate their skills and put the learnings into execution. The fast paced environment that startups provide is exciting and helps employees witness the impact of their work. It feels great to build things from scratch.”
On being asked about why startups are a fantastic opportunity for career growth, Saumya said, “Startups offer fantastic opportunities for learning, empowerment while working, opportunities to work in different segments of interest and a very fast paced environment where you can see the direct impact of your work, & are just not a cog in the wheel.”
