The rapid expansion coupled with the enablement of technology at an exponential level is influencing the demand for talent in this sector. In current times, functional domains such as operations, quality, marketing, R&D have seen a surge in demand for professionals. As per the current market trends, the industry is expected to grow leaps and bound due to various reasons, so what holds in there for individuals who wants to take up a career in the Healthcare Industry.

Zain: Hi sir, afternoon. I would like to know how the demand of vaccine is going the influence the talent demand among the companies? Which functional areas will be a not bed for aspiring individuals?
Mr. Sridhar: By most estimates it will be end of 2021 before 70+ % of population will be vaccinated. So the opportunities to work remotely in any role and in any company will continue for at least another 9 months – before we all get back into offices. So in any area, the ability to work remotely (communication, design, etc.) will be critical – in addition to technical capabilities.
Kailash : Hi sir, Greetings. Amid the COVID-19 crisis, healthcare sector has undergone several major transformations. I would like to know how the industry has change for the new entrants what kind of job opportunities are available for them?
Mr. Sridhar: Analytics, Data Science, IoT, Mobility which have been adopted in a big way across other industries (such as retail, banking) are top capabilities needed to fulfill the digital transformation agenda for every healthcare company.
