These sectors have been witnessing continuous Y-o-Y growth in talent demand since Nov’21, found TimesJobs RecruiteX. However, the M-o-M analysis of talent demand showed a decline in talent demand for all sectors including the Consumer Durables/FMCG and Retail. The overall talent demand for Feb’22 too saw a dip of 16% M-o-M and 11% Y-o-Y respectively. Here are the talent demand trends from TimesJobs RecruiteX Feb’22 edition:
Sector-wise: Feb’21 recorded a dip in M-o-M analysis of talent demand for all sectors. The Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals saw the steepest fall of 23% in monthly talent demand.
Functional-area wise analysis: The demand for the Doctors/Medical Professionals saw the steepest decline of (-42%) in the Jan’22 vs Feb’22 analysis of talent demand.
Location-wise analysis: Indore – which witnessed a consistent talent demand growth since Nov’21 – shed most talent demand in Feb’22.
Work experience-wise analysis: An analysis of Feb’22 talent demand by work experience
showed that freshers saw the sharpest fall in talent demand.
