The COVID-19 pandemic is an uncertain time and recovering from pandemic is tougher. Hence work groups as parents, women and caregivers are finding it hard to resume work from office immediately. TimesJobs survey found that most (64%) HR managers offered work from home flexibility to the women workforce.
