Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), an Indian public sector oil and gas company headquartered in New Delhi is hiring 300 new technical and non-technical job roles. Shortlisted candidates will be placed in the Southern region, which are the states of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
All the selected candidates will be engaged as Apprentices under Apprentices Act, 1961, 1973 or 1992 as amended from time to time and will be paid a monthly stipend as allowed by rules.
The eligibility criteria for each vacancy is given below:
Trade Apprentice: One must have passed matric with regular full time ITI fitter, electrician, electronic mechanic, instrument mechanic, or machinist course recognised by NCVT or SCVT.
Technician Apprentice: The candidate must have passed three years diploma in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, electrical and electronics, or electronics engineering from a recognised institute or university with minimum 50% aggregate marks for General, EWS & OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.
Trade Apprentice Accountant: The candidate must have passed a regular full time graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks, EWS & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved positions from a recognised Institute or University.
Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator: Non-graduate with 12th pass qualification.
Trade Apprentice Data Entry Operator: Class 12th or its equivalent with skill certificate holder in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’.
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate: Non-graduate with 12th pass qualification.
Trade Apprentice-Retail Sales Associate: The candidates must have passed class 12th (minimum).
