Project Role Description –
- Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime
- Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks
- Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations
Technical Experience
- Knowledge on applying patch, RMAN, data pump wrt database services, database upgrade, database cloning, rebuild/reorganize the index
- Should have extensive knowledge on managing AWS PaaS Services
- Should have knowledge on memory tunning, configure huge page, access hardening
- Administration and troubleshooting of AWS environments
