The pandemic has led us to a busy and stressful lifestyle, and most importantly it has the worst impact on our health. To maintain a stress-free lifestyle taking breaks while working is important as it helps us to stay more productive and focused at work.

So, to maintain a healthy work lifestyle one needs to take these three kinds of a break.

1. Physical Break

Try to give yourself a physical break as it reduces your stress and it also lowers your blood pressure. So go for walk or run, take help from workout videos, jumping rope, or hustling up and down the stairs.

2. Social Break

With your current busy schedule having a social break with your partner, kids or colleague is more important than ever. It is one of the best stress busters and it lifts up your mood.

3. Spiritual Break

This kind of break is very relaxing for your mind and it also reduces your stress. Try to pray, meditate, or read something inspiring when you feel stressed.
